Person Centered Therapy

Person-centered therapy focuses on the person, not the problem. The goal is for you to achieve greater understanding and independence. This will allow you in the future to cope better with any current and future problems you may face.

Gestalt Therapy

Gestalt therapy emphasises on gaining awareness of the present moment and the present context. Throughout therapy, you will learn to discover feelings that may have been suppressed or masked by other feelings and to accept and trust your own emotions.

Integrative Therapy

Integrative psychotherapy is an approach to healing and easing life’s problems by increasing one’s resilience and personal resources. Each person needs to be considered as a whole and counselling techniques must be tailored to your individual needs and personal circumstances.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (C.B.T)

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a very effective type of short-term therapy. It’s based on the connections between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, and how they can impact and influence each other.

Fees

I recommend weekly therapy sessions as this helps to build a therapeutic and trusting relationship. This is so important for the success of the therapy to achieve your end goal. However this can be discussed in more detail in the free half hour consultation.

Short term therapy usually lasts for up to 6 sessions (depending on the individual).

For significant changes, therapy is more long term.

Each therapy session is 50 minutes long.

First half hour consultation is free to gather all relevant information to assist me with creating a tailor made therapy, personally for you.

Discounts available on block bookings and changes in exceptional circumstances.

Cash, paypal or bank transfer payment accepted, must be paid before each session.
